Q. What is an Online Giving Program?
A. It is an automated means to support the parish financially through regular contributions from your credit card account. There is NO cost to you to participate in the program.
Q. How do I enroll?
A. You can enroll by signing up directly on our website: click here. The process takes less than three minutes.
Q. How do I change my information?
A. Since Click & Pledge does not store credit card information, they cannot change the credit card information for a recurring donation. If you wish to change the information please let us know, so that we can cancel your existing recurring donation and then make a new donation with the changes you request.
Q. Which payment methods are accepted?
A. Automated transfers from checking or savings accounts at well as from major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and Discover may be used to make regular contributions.
Q. Will I receive receipts for tax purposes?
A. You will receive an e-mail receipt of your donation from Click & Pledge.
Q. Can I donate a one-time gift or make recurring donations?
A. One time gifts are gratefully accepted. Participants can also arrange for a specific amount to be paid on a recurring basis (you select the frequency).
Q. How Does It Relate to the Use of Weekly Envelopes?
A. If you choose to make a one-time donation, or to donate to a specific fund, you may wish to continue using weekly envelopes. However, recurring online donations would replace the use of envelopes (unless you request that they be continued).
